What is Strotherfest?

Strotherfest 2009 is the celebration of community and family – a celebration of everything Americana!  Hosted by Paradise Park, the fabulous entertainment center in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, this year's festival will include a vast selection of activities, games, attractions and a wonderful variety of festival food. 

 

Indoor entertainment includes bumper cars, the rock-climbing wall, and the outrageous Foam Factory.  For the very young, the Edutainment Center will give your little ones a chance to play grocer, banker and postman in a professionally supervised environment.  Face painting, cooking classes and other fun-filled rooms will keep the kids grinning all day long.

 

Outdoor activities include go-karts, batting cages and a world-class miniature golf course.  And then… there’s the outdoor stage where well recognized professional groups will perform on both Friday and Saturday evening.  During the day on Saturday, local amateur bands will be competing for prizes and local notoriety.
